1. Why should I use Elastoplast Wound Spray?
Cleansing the wound from dirt and bacteria is an essential first step to enable optimal healing. To prevent wound infections, spray the Elastoplast Wound Spray from a distance of approximately 10 cm onto the entire wound area. Repeat if necessary, then allow the wound and surrounding skin area to dry.
Important: A minor wound will soon stop bleeding. If it continues, apply more gauze pads, keep pressure on the wound and seek medical advice.

2. How does Elastoplast Wound Spray work?
Elastoplast Wound Spray cleanses wounds fast and pain-free* to protect them from wound infections. The colourless spray is easy to apply even when the bottle is upside down.

3. Does Elastoplast Wound Spray contain alcohol or Iodine?
No. Elastoplast Wound Spray ingredients do not include alcohol or iodine. It’s also colourless.
4. Can I use the Elastoplast Wound Spray before applying the Elastoplast Wound Healing Ointment?
Yes. Elastoplast Wound Spray is suitable for use before the application of Elastoplast Wound Healing Ointment.
5. What should I do if my wound shows signs of infection?
In the case of larger wounds with heavy exudate or signs of infection, a doctor should be consulted. Speaking to a doctor is also important if redness, swelling or pain develops at the wound area, the condition gets worse or the wound healing process does not start within a few days. If there’s any doubt, see a doctor.
